How long is the consultation?▾
Usually 30-45 minutes on your property. Enough time to walk your lot, review placement and options, ballpark costs, and answer your questions.
Do I need to prepare anything for the visit?▾
Nope. Just be at the property so we can walk the space together. We'll pull up your lot info on-site and go through everything. If you have a rough idea of what you want (extra bedroom, rental unit, space for family), that helps too.
How much does an ADU actually cost?▾
Most ADUs in Los Angeles range from $150K to $350K depending on size, type, and finishes. A garage conversion is typically the most affordable option. During your consultation, we'll give you a ballpark estimate specific to your property and goals.
Can I build an ADU on my property?▾
